South African house sounds and kulcha maintained by Daniel Cuthbert & Nick Copham.
Daniel has been into the house sound since the early 90's when Nick and him started to listen to the stuff originating from the UK and the US over at dance trax in Hillbrow.
He started going to the early house clubs in Johannesburg, including the legendary 4th world, and became a regular at the various rave's thrown during the early 90's. Daniel is now based back in South Africa
Nick started around the mid 90's and got the ear hooked to the underground house vibes from Dance Trax, Hillbrow. He got into the house scene at a tender age of 10 after being inspired after a music lesson in std 5 when the music teacher remarked he was good at the recorder.
He has played along Stuart Patterson, Dave Togher, most of the other JHB deep house crew. His style has always been deep and minimal and he held residencies at: Funky Lemon, Adrenaline, Insomnia, Next, Foundation, Sublime, Liquid Lounge, Su Da Da, & LILO parties
